alright, so you think you're ready?
okay, then you say this with me, go!
[Summertime]
June 2003
The town practically buzzed with all the talk that was going around. Well, not the whole town. But anywhere important was surely filled with gossip. Close to the usual talk about who was coming, and who was going, but all the focus concentrated in on one person. Olympic medalist and competitor Riley Morton and her daughter, Kenzie were coming to Galveston. Construction on their massive stable had started only two weeks ago, and anytime anyone drove down that country road, it was apparent someone important was going to be taking up residence there. That's what the parents got out of it. But their children, the teenagers, got so much more. They'd heard of Kenzie Morton - equine competing champion with money, status, and a sweet attitude that was frighteningly out of place with all the rest of these characterstics. She was destined to be the new it girl.
[First Class]
November 2006]
Construction on the massive stable had ended almost a year ago. School had been back in session for two months. Kenzie Morton had been the it girl for almost fourteen months. And she wasn't showing any signs of stopping. Daily, this girl was surrounded by friends, taking the town and drawing almost everyone to the massive stable - within a year equestrian sports and it's popularity had passed football and volleyball together. Nobody cared about whatever they had been doing before these A-list riders moved in. They didn't even remember what their time had been occupied by. All they cared about was Kenzie Morton, her stable, and anything to do with this lucky girl. But she wasn't all that they made her seem like - Kenzie had a past. A past no one knew about. Secrets that kept her from having a friend she could really tell anything true to. Kenzie was living a lie.
[Days Go By]
Today
Kenzie is still the most popular girl in school - come to think of it, her popularity is still growing, if that's even possible. And now that she's in her freshman year of highschool, her life is taking a new turn. Her secrets are coming dangerously close to being exposed... Theres' no way out. But enough about Kenzie's story. You have to write yours. But don't grab a paper or pen or anything. Some stories are best kept off the paper.
